Memberships

Payments & Subscriptions
Membership fees are charged in accordance with the plan selected at the time of purchase.
By subscribing to a paid membership, you authorise KokoRocks to collect recurring payments using your chosen payment method until your membership is cancelled.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain valid and up to date. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
Cancellations & Refunds
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting KokoRocks.
Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
Cancelling a membership will prevent future renewals but will not normally result in a refund for the current billing period.
KokoRocks reserves the right to offer refunds at its sole discretion where appropriate.
