These Service Provider Terms explain the responsibilities, expectations and requirements for businesses and professionals joining the KokoRocks ecosystem as Service Provider Members.
KokoRocks is a trading name of KokoRocks Limited. Throughout these Terms, “KokoRocks”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to KokoRocks Limited.
These Terms apply to all Service Provider memberships, directory listings, introductions and related services provided through the KokoRocks ecosystem.
By becoming a Service Provider Member or using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms alongside our Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.

Eligibility
Service provider membership is available to businesses and professionals who provide products or services that support independent fashion businesses.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Photographers
- Videographers
- Web developers
- Designers
- Branding specialists
- Marketing professionals
- PR agencies
- Social media managers
- Legal professionals
- Financial advisers
- Business consultants
- IT providers
- Training providers
- Logistics providers
KokoRocks reserves the right to approve or decline applications to maintain the quality and integrity of the ecosystem.
Service Provider Responsibilities
Service providers agree to:
- Provide accurate business information.
- Deliver services professionally and ethically.
- Respond to enquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain appropriate qualifications or experience where applicable.
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Keep their directory information up to date.
Referrals and Introductions
KokoRocks may introduce service providers to businesses where we believe there is a suitable match.
Introductions are made at our discretion and are based on the information available to us. Membership does not guarantee referrals, introductions, projects or commercial opportunities.
KokoRocks aims to recommend service providers based on the specific needs of each business rather than creating a bidding environment. Recommendations are made using the information available to us and our understanding of the member’s requirements.
Directory Listing
Eligible service providers may receive a directory listing in accordance with their membership.
KokoRocks reserves the right to determine how listings appear within the directory.
Payments
Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or removal of membership benefits.
Professional Conduct
Service providers must:
- Treat all members respectfully.
- Conduct business honestly and transparently.
- Avoid misleading advertising or false claims.
- Maintain a professional standard of communication.
Any behaviour likely to damage the reputation of KokoRocks or its members may result in suspension or termination.
Limitation of Responsibility
KokoRocks introduces businesses and service providers but is not a party to any agreement entered into between them.
All pricing, contracts, project delivery, disputes and ongoing business relationships remain the responsibility of the businesses involved.
Suspension or Removal
KokoRocks may suspend or remove a service provider where:
- these terms are breached;
- misleading information has been provided;
- repeated complaints are received;
- payment obligations are not met; or
- continued membership is considered detrimental to the ecosystem.
