KokoRocks is a trading name of KokoRocks Limited. Throughout this Policy, “KokoRocks”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to KokoRocks Limited.
This Policy applies to all businesses, organisations and professionals listed within the KokoRocks Directory.
By joining or remaining listed within the KokoRocks Directory, you acknowledge and accept this Policy alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

Eligibility
The KokoRocks Directory is available to approved:
- Independent fashion brands
- Fashion boutiques
- Service providers supporting the fashion industry
- Business support organisations
KokoRocks reserves the right to approve, decline or remove listings to maintain the quality and integrity of the ecosystem.
Directory Listings
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete and up to date.
Listings may include:
- Business name
- Logo
- Images
- Business description
- Contact details
- Website
- Social media links
- Services or products offered
- Other information relevant to the directory
Directory Placement
KokoRocks reserves the right to determine how businesses appear within the directory. Placement may be influenced by factors such as membership level, business category, location, relevance to a user’s search or other features designed to improve the user experience. Directory placement should not be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee of quality.
Images and Content
By submitting logos, photographs, branding or other content for your listing, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it.
- You grant KokoRocks permission to display it within the directory and for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the KokoRocks ecosystem.
- You remain the owner of your intellectual property.
KokoRocks does not claim ownership of your content.
Accuracy of Information
KokoRocks relies on information provided by members.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information will remain current at all times.
Members should notify us promptly of any changes.
Introductions Through the Directory
The directory is designed to help members discover businesses and opportunities.
KokoRocks may also make introductions where appropriate.
However, businesses remain responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before entering into any commercial relationship.
Removal of Listings
KokoRocks may remove or suspend directory listings where:
- membership ends;
- information is inaccurate or misleading;
- content breaches these policies;
- the listing damages the reputation of the ecosystem; or
- legal or regulatory requirements require removal.
Intellectual Property
All business names, logos, photographs and branding remain the property of their respective owners.
KokoRocks will only use submitted content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the directory and wider ecosystem unless additional permission has been given.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Directory Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the directory or changes in legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website.
